The wildlife safaris offered at Estancia Don Joaquín allow guests to explore the extraordinary ecosystems of Corrientes, discovering wetlands, rivers, and open plains where native birds, capybaras, caimans and many other species live in their natural habitat.
Safaris are carried out in 4×4 vehicles or by motorboat, always accompanied by a driver and/or an interpretive guide. Experiences can be adapted to the interests and preferences of guests and may last half a day or a full day, combining wildlife observation, photography, and immersion in the surrounding landscape.
If you are particularly interested in seeing capybaras, we can organize a longer accompanied horseback ride further into the countryside, where you’re guaranteed to see them!
If you’d like to learn more about birds in particular, please visit our Bird Watching page.
