Estancia Don Joaquín is located South West of the Corrientes province, Argentina, surrounded by lagoons, wetlands, and vast plains.
We are just 10 minutes from the riverside town of Esquina and about a 2-hour drive from the entrance to the magnificent Iberá National Park. It is also an excellent stop for travelers coming from Buenos Aires en route to the Iguazú Falls.
How To Get Here
BUS (recommended):
For guests traveling from Buenos Aires, transfers to Estancia Don Joaquín can be easily arranged. The most comfortable—and our most recommended—option is to travel by luxury overnight bus.
We can reserve a first-class seat with a fully reclining bed, ideal for a relaxed overnight journey. Upon arrival in Esquina early in the morning, a trusted driver from the estancia will be waiting to welcome you and transfer you to Estancia Don Joaquín. This reservation service costs $120 per passanger.
To make the experience in Buenos Aires even easier, we can also arrange an English-speaking assistant to pick you up at your hotel, drive you to the bus terminal, help with ticket collection, and guide you to the correct bus—making the entire process simple and effortless. This service carries an additional cost of $25.
Bus schedules:

Arrival at the estancia from Buenos Aires: The bus departs at 20:30 pm from Retiro Terminal and arrives in Esquina at approximately 4:00 am the next day.

Departure from the estancia: The bus departs from Esquina at 22:45 pm and arrives in Buenos Aires around 7:00 am the next morning. Guests leave for the bus after a full day of horseback riding and dinner (for this reason, the cost is calculated per day).
CAR:
We can organize private transfers. We can also organise a private bus or van for large groups arriving to the Estancia. Approximate travel times:

You are also, of course, welcome to reach us independently via vehicle and we will have spaces for you to park here at the estancia.
AIRPLANE:
The nearest airport is Sauce Viejo (Santa Fe), with a flight of approximately 1.5 hours from Buenos Aires. The drive from Estancia Don Joaquín to Santa Fe airport is about 3 hours, and although we can organise a private transfer for you, it carries an additional cost. Most flights leave early in the morning so would require a very early leave from the estancia. For these reasons, we recommend the bus as the most practical option.
