Upon arriving at the estancia, the horses and an antique carriage await us, allowing us to cross the plains and native forests of Corrientes. As we approach the river, it is common to spot capybaras, wild boars, deer, and a variety of local bird species.
Special mention must be made of the native flora, as species such as espinillo, algarrobo, ñandubay, timbó, lapacho, and many others captivate visitors with their beauty.
Along the way we will gradually pass through vast grasslands and lagoons where, once again, the diversity of flora and fauna creates a rich and vibrant ecosystem.
When we reach the Río Corriente, with its immense white sandy beaches, a delicious asado awaits us on its shores beneath the shade of a willow tree.
The Río Corriente is striking for the clarity of its waters, which form a true mirror. There, beyond the close contact with nature, guests also enjoy meaningful exchanges with local residents and baqueanos, who share their stories, regional myths, and even a few phrases in their native Guaraní language.
