La Lechuza is a 35 m² room with large windows overlooking the inner courtyard and the estancia’s countryside. It features a king-size bed, two leather armchairs, and an en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The room combines marble details with a mix of hand-painted tiles and wooden flooring, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. It also includes its own patio with outdoor seating. La Lechuza connects to the Standard Room “La Lechucita” via an internal door, making it a practical option for families, particularly those travelling with young children.

Booking & Payment
The prices are per person and per day, expressed in $USD. To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
By securing a reservation with a deposit, guests acknowledge and accept the terms of our cancellation policy:

More than 60 days prior to arrival 90% of the deposit will be refunded, or guests may choose to receive a credit valid for three years from the cancellation date.

Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded, or guests may choose to receive a credit valid for three years from the cancellation date.

Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival 30% of the deposit will be refunded, or guests may choose to receive a credit valid for three years from the cancellation date.

14 days or less prior to arrival no refund will be issued.
