El Biguá is a 35 m² room located at the heart of the estancia, with views over the inner courtyard and countryside lagoons. Its location in the far end of the wing offers easy access to the heart of the estancia while remaining a comfortable and private space. The room features a king-size bed, a beautiful locally-sourced leather sofa, and traditional furniture including an English-style wardrobe. The design combines rustic materials with classic details, creating a distinctive and comfortable space.

Booking & Payment
The prices are per person and per day, expressed in USD$. To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
By securing a reservation with a deposit, guests acknowledge and accept the terms of our cancellation policy:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival 90% of the deposit will be refunded, or guests may choose to receive a credit valid for three years from the cancellation date.
- Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded, or guests may choose to receive a credit valid for three years from the cancellation date.
- Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival 30% of the deposit will be refunded, or guests may choose to receive a credit valid for three years from the cancellation date.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival no refund will be issued.
Credits may be transferred to another guest, provided we receive written authorization from the original client.
